Consciousness
is Self-awareness. Transformation is, "To acknowledge and
balance the best and the worst, of what we think about ourselves,
allowing a compassionate understanding, through which we expand,
beyond our current limitations of definition." Consciousness
and Transformation are active and ask our intent-full participation.
In WALKING THE WALK, we will explore seven stages, through
which we are challenged, on our journey of Self-recovery.
These stages often repeat themselves around the same issues.
This
is not because we didn't get it right, but because we deal
with deeper dimensions, of these issues, until an integration
of understanding occurs, allowing the shifts of perception,
through which, our consciousness is changed.
This workshop provides a map that enables a sense of direction,
and placement, regarding the growth territory as we move
through it. It provides the opportunity to more clearly identify
the
challenges, as they arise, on our path. With this clarity,
we can choose to respond rather then react.
Topics discussed are:
-
How our basic beliefs define the boundaries of our perception,
establishing our personal reality.
- Disturbances in the norm - Why our known experience no
longer works.
- The between place - New perceptions invite detachment from
past conditioning
.
- Break-through - Quickening, as we move from indecision
into change.
- Commitment - Placing all of ourselves into the process.
- Cleansing/Renewal - The time of actual transformation.
- Truly dying to the old, through the reappearance of anything
left unresolved.
- Surrender - How it differs from sacrifice.
- Becoming the change - Synthesis and integration.
- Walk your walk "intent-fully," and you
will soar.
