In this two-day experience you will discover how your "shadow" may be dancing through your life. Together, we will seek to understand how we give it permission through disowning aspects of ourselves. We will investigate how we have learned to hide our power from ourselves through self-denial born of a need to survive painful experiences.




TOPICS TO BE EXPLORED:

• How our perceptions and definitions determine our experiences and how we present ourselves into experience.
  
  
• How accurate are our perceptions and definitions?
  
  
• If we change our perceptions and challenge our definitions, "Who are we?"
  
  
• " What is the 'shadow'?"
  
  
• What might be possible if we choose to move through the "shadow" and retrieve what has always been hidden from ourselves? How much potential might we rediscover? What stops us from entering into this process, and how do we begin?
  
  
• Do we resist what we fear about ourselves?
  
  
• How does projection work?
  
  
• Can we consciously dance with our shadow?
