Discover from where your choices are really being made and how this impacts your current experiences. Begin to understand your inner shadow; and appreciate the power you've hidden away in order to insure your survival.
These topics and more, will be the focus of THE ENERGY OF YOU. Remember - All successful workshops have the participants to thank, because what each individual brings and shares into the space makes it so! Be prepared to share, work, and grow!
Handouts will be provided. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow, pen or pencil, and a brown bag lunch. Due to time considerations, we will share lunch on site.
